FEES

Exceptional Nannies LLC has a one - time $100 application fee for all families. When you are to hire a nanny sent to you by Exceptional Nannies LLC, there is a fee of $2,750 for a full - time nanny (over 30 hours per week) and $2,250 for a part - time nanny (under 30 hours per week).

GUARANTEE

We offer a 6 month placement guarantee from the date your nanny is hired, for one replacement. If the nanny decides to leave in the first six months of employment, or things are simply not working out, we will work with you to replace the nanny with no additional fee needed until the contract year ends. Please be aware that a six month replacement guarantee is contingent upon the fee being received to us no later than 30 days of your nanny's start date.
