Exceptional Nannies is run by two women whom have been working in the childcare industry for over 12 years. We began to see a need for an agency in the metro west area to provide more local nannies to the families there and thus the idea had started. Working with so many families over the years we heard so many different wants and needs, as well as, concerns and frustrations. Our strength in making flawless matches really is what makes us the best agency around. We have experience working as nannies ourselves which lets us know what is sought after when working for a family. With working with so many different families, we know what is looked for in a nanny.
